Kamen Rider Snow Storm Demon is a character of the fanfictional American Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Echo Demon. She only appears in the video game.
Biography
Fubuki was one of the first of the seldom seen female Kamen Riders. She is the mother of Abel Wells & was one of Dustin Hanley's masters. She currently resides somewhere out in the country with her husband, Kamen Rider Guiding Demon. This info contradicts the Demon schedule shown in the series though, where it is shown that Fubuki is very much an active Demon.
