When the Day of the Dragon occurred, the Man & Woman halted their actions & enlisted the Demons to help them, making their way to the marker of the sacred land to halt the Dragon.

The Man & Woman are the main villains of Kamen Rider Echo Demon, introduced in the second half.

Background

Throughout the series, the Demons encounter pairs of Homunculi servants that safeguard Makamou & gather food for it until it is old enough to hunt. These Prince & Princess pairs are revealed to be clones created by a couple known as "The Man & Woman who Live in the Western-Style House".
