For the article created by Reynoman, see Masked Rider Ares. Ares (アレス), formerly known as Dodo Yamano (山野百々), is a former minor antagonist and ally in Re:VICE, Revise. He was the Dodo Deadman, but later takes on the mantle of the leader of Olympia and became Kamen Rider Olympus Unity (仮面ライダーオリンポスユナイティ).
History[]
Pre-Revice[]
Dodo Yamano was a businessman whose girlfriend was killed by demons during the Deadmans' raid on FENIX, and has held a grudge against them, even humans who affiliated with demons. One day, he was recurited by a man named Keraunos (who became Zeus) to fight against demon with the same powers. At first he refused, but upon seeing Keraunos, as Dragon Deadman, saving people within Gifftarians, swore loyality to him, and Yamano was given the Dodo Proto Vistamp, while he changes his name to Ares. Since then, he acts as Zeus's bodyguard.
Due to constantly using the Vistamp, he became unaware of the birth of his inner demon, Ravia, who was based on her girlfriend's vision, but at the same time, he doesn't know the Vistamp is slowly corrupting him.
Achieving Phase 3[]
As the Dodo Deadman attacked the Solomonus Riders, Ares introduced himself to Go Tamaki and Hana Natsuki, who were fighting against both forces. He revealed his intentions of serving Zeus and the existence of Olympia, as he elevates his contract with his Deadman while showing pain, and goes straight to phase 3 without the existence of Giff, much to their shock. Instead of attacking Tamaki and Hana, Ares attacked the Solomonus Rider that was attacking the duo.
Later he crossed path with Ikki Igarashi and Vice, and engaged a battle with them to test their strength. However, the pain caused by his Phase 3 contract made his powers unstable. Ikki and Vice asked if they can help him undo the contract, but he refused. The continuous battle caused Ravia to separate from the Deadman's body and manifest.
Later, even Ravia obtained a Rider Form, he refused to let her go to the battlefield, which she responded negatively. When Ares aided Ikki and Vice in a battle against Net, his powers becomes uncontrollable and went on a rampage. Net severely damaged Ares and undone the contract, causing Ravia to feel heartbroken and blamed on Ikki. Ares' body was then teleported away with a mysterious smoke.
Return as Olympus Unity[]
Ares, who was teleported to a lair by a man known as Yoshitsune Suzuki, who was a former Deadman cultist and a friend of George Karizaki. He was revealed to have created copies of numerous drivers based on the Deadmans' battle experience against the heroes and had created several Revice Drivers. Yoshitsune created many games in order to find a worthy candidate to use he Olympus Vistamp he recently created for the battle against Asgard, whose threat becomes stronger. Ares succeeded in the test and battled Yoshitsune as a Giffdemos. Impressed by the strength of the Olympus Vistamp, Ares urged to use this power in the surface, not before asking Yoshitsune to join him, which he kindly refuses.
Later, as Ravia was brainwashed by Asgard and attacks Blue Bird's Demons Troopers, Ares made a surprise return as Kamen Rider Olympus Unity, and with his powerful strength, he quickly knocked Ravia back to her senses and joined Blue Bird.
Personality[]
Ares is somewhat rude and ambitious. While swearing his loyality to his leader Zeus, he believes that power is everything, and aims to convince and defeat anyone with force. However, beneath him lies a kind man who lost everything. This made him a perfect candidate of becoming the Dodo Deadman.
Upon returning as Kamen Rider Olympus, as his love towards Ravia grew stronger, he, however, becomes a ruthless person who would hurt anyone who did anything to his girlfriend/demon, but said action actually showed that he actually cared a lot about his lost ones, albeit being overprotective towards them. After Ravia tried to reason with him, he became his past, kind self once again.

- Deadman Transformation: Using the Dodo Vistamp, Ares can turn either summon or transform into the Dodo Deadman. Unlike the original Deadmen, Dodo Deadman is materialized from the user's negative emotions instead of their inner demons, and thus can be controlled at will while being immune to Giff's influences. Due to Ares' courage, the Deadman itself willingly fuses with its user, skipping Phase 2 in the process.

Ares transforms into the Dodo Deadman Phase 3 (ドードー・デッドマン フェーズ3) using the Dodo Proto Vistamp. Having courage to save anyone he loved, along with godly essence by becoming Phase 3, known as a Gifftex, he has tremendous power on a different level than before and can return to human form.
Dodo Deadman possesses superhuman strength that makes him twice as strong as two Gifftarians (TRUE). Combining his weapons and strong kicking power, he can swiftly defeat many opponents.

Kamen Rider Olympus Unity(仮面ライダーオリンポスユナイティ) is Ares' Olympus's base form, accessed by using the first half of the Olympus Gods Vistamp in the Revice Driver. Initially transforming using the first half only, Unity's power is unstable and can suffer from side effects, and can transform for a limited amount of time. However, with the creation of the other half of the Olympus Gods Vistamp and Kamen Rider Olympus Harmony, Unity can bypass these side effects, and becomes even stronger.
By taking Olympus Harmony's Side S of the Olympus Gods Vistamp and connecting it to the coupler on Side N before pressing the Genomic Stamper, Unity activates the Glory Remix (グローリーリミックス Gurori Rimikkusu?).
Olympus Unity consists of the following parts:
- Olympus Unity Head (オリンポスユナイティヘッド): The head.
- Unity Head Canopy L (ユナイティヘッドキャノピーL): The additional armor. It has very high strength and transparency, and serves to enhance head function.
- Olympus Unity Eye (オリンポスユナイティアイ): The compound eyes. It allows Unity to track enemies in all direction without flaws.
- Unity Infinite Crusher (ユナイティインフィニットクラッシャー): The oral cavity. Even under low oxygen, the user can take in the same amount of oxygen as normal, and super-recovery is achieved by breathing.
- UH Heartractor L (UHハートラクターL): The chest armor. The unique ability engraved with the symbol heart-like mark that represents Zeus, athena and Ares. It further strengthens to include the power of Hades, Thanatos and Hypnos when Harmony is nearby.
- UH Geno Armor (UHゲノアーマー): The additional armor. It allows Unity to synchronize his energy to different parts of his body. When Harmony is nearby, it allows them to share energy.
- UH Geno Accel (UHゲノアクセル): The augmented energy path. Following the operation of the Revice Driver, the Final Remix is executed by over-supplying energy and changing the Genome Shift (ゲノムシフト) of each part.
- Zeus UH Shoulder (ゼウスUHショルダー): The shoulders. It is made of meta-like substance that allows Unity to block any kinds of attacks, and can execute additional lightning attacks.
- Athena UH Arm (アテナUHアーム): The arms. The energy supplied from the UH Genomic Suit () enhances the physical ability of the user.
- Athena UH Glove (アテナUHグローブ): The gloves. They have ultra-hard, sharp claws and exhibit superb punching power. They are also capable of ultra-fast firing like a railgun by giving the held substance the same light energy as itself.
- Ares UH Legs (アレスUHレッグ): The legs. Their superb kicking power is further doubled by a simultaneous attack on a target caught in the fusion of Light and Dark generated between him and his buddy, Kamen Rider Olympus Harmony.
- Ares UH Boots (アレスUHブッツ): The boots. The linear drive, which utilizes repulsive force with godly power, has greatly improved the running and jumping ability. In addition, by receiving the operation of the Revice Driver and gathering high-density energy on the sole of the foot, the finishing move United Finish can be activated.

- Dodo Deadman is based on Ares, the God of Courage and War. Interestingly, this Ares gained enough courage to used with the Deadman to access Gifftex.
- Kamen Rider Olympus Unity's undersuit, gauntlets and boots are recoloured from Kamen Rider Ultimate Revi.
